A 112 acre development site is offered for sale in Grenada in the southern Caribbean.

DEVELOPING AREA

The site is in an area adjacent to the most developed section of the island in an ocean front position. It has been predicted for some time that the area in which thee site lies will become the next section to be developed - and this prediction is now coming to pass following construction of new tarmac roads from the Airport. A number of sites have been sold close to the subject site in recent months and an agreement has been signed for a major four star hotel group development.

PLOT SIZE

Most development sites have been in the 30 to 50 acre category but the current owners of the subject site wish to dispose of the whole of their interest in the 112 acre site in one transaction.

b) its extended waterfront resulting from
its promontory shape
